Consultation for Therapists

Therapists are incredible at holding space for others—but when it comes to running a practice, many of us end up feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just plain lost. I'm here to help.

Why Consultation Matters

Many colleagues reach out with questions like:

“How do I actually set up my private practice? What’s the best EHR? How do I keep up with notes? Do I really need a website? How do I stay sane while also running a business? Do I really need to hire a biller? And how do I market myself without feeling gross?”

I help therapists cut through the noise, get organized, and build practices that feel both sustainable and true to who they are.

This isn’t about “hustle culture” or shiny business strategies - it’s about feeling grounded, supported, and genuinely excited about running your practice. Hard skills, soft skills, cheerleading, and work-life sanity included.

My Business Background

I’ve spent years leading teams, running small businesses, and managing my own ventures before stepping into private practice as a therapist. When I made the transition, I threw myself into figuring out what really works—researching, seeking guidance, and learning through plenty of trial and error. I know firsthand what it takes to navigate the nuts-and-bolts of running a practice while staying grounded, present, and connected to the people you actually want to serve.

Within just a month of opening my own practice, I had a full caseload—not just any clients, but the ones I truly wanted to work with and felt I could serve best. Over the years, I’ve honed the ability to attract the right clients, streamline the busy work, and create systems that support growth while leaving space for presence, learning, and a life beyond the therapy room.

What We Can Work On

  • Private Practice Start-Up: turning your vision into reality—website, documentation, legal basics, and all the nuts + bolts.

  • Systems & Organization: setting up your EHR, making documentation and billing less of a nightmare, and creating workflows that actually stick.

  • Marketing (without the ick): finding authentic, ethical ways to get your name out there, network, and connect with the clients you want to work with.

  • Executive Functioning Support: for when procrastination, overwhelm, or perfectionism are getting in the way.

  • Mindset & Self-Compassion: working through the “I’m not enough” voice so you can grow with confidence.

Work Smarter, Live Better

I believe in working hard AND living well. Part of my approach is helping therapists create systems that allow them to get shit done without burning out. Work efficiently, be fully present for your clients, stay organized, and still make ample room for the life you actually want to live.
