Soulwork Coaching

Ritual, meaning, and making space for what matters.

Some experiences ask for more than simply moving on. A meaningful transition, a wilderness rite of passage, a loss, or a new beginning might leave you longing for a way to honor what you've experienced and carry it forward.

Soulwork coaching offers a space to slow down, listen more deeply, and explore what these moments are asking of you.

What We Might Explore

Our work together is shaped by you and what you're navigating. This might include:

  • Ritual & Ceremony: Creating meaningful, personalized ways to honor transitions, endings, beginnings, and everything in between.

  • Rite of Passage Integration: Making sense of profound experiences and finding ways to weave their insights into everyday life.

  • Life Transitions & Meaning: Exploring questions of identity, belonging, purpose, and what might be ready to emerge.

  • Dreamwork & Psychedelic Integration: Exploring the imagery, symbolism, and insights that emerge through dreams, altered states, and psychedelic experiences, and finding meaningful ways to integrate them into everyday life.

  • Connection to the Natural World: Drawing on nature, reflection, and intentional practices to deepen your relationship with yourself and the world around you.

What Does That Look Like

We meet one-on-one, virtually, and follow a path shaped by your needs and intentions. Sometimes that means conversation and reflection. Other times, we might dream up a personal ceremony, explore a meaningful practice, or find ways to bring an experience more fully into your life.

There's no prescribed path or expectation to have it all figured out.

A Note About Coaching & Therapy

Soulwork coaching is a nonclinical offering focused on personal exploration, ritual, and integration. Unlike psychotherapy, it isn't mental health treatment and is available to people outside Oregon and Washington, subject to applicable local laws.
